Welcome to Valoraise. These Terms of Service govern your use of the advanced training in accounting and professional development, digital products, and goods offered through valorfuse.com. By enrolling in our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional guidelines provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service or product provided by Valoraise, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any updates that may be published on valorfuse.com.

All fees are due in full at the time of enrollment or purchase. Payment must be made by the methods specified at checkout. Access to services and delivery of products will not commence until payment is confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Requests for a refund of service enrollment fees must be submitted in writing within seven days of the service start date. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within fourteen days of approval. You may request to transfer your enrollment to another session if notice is given at least three days before the scheduled start date.

4.2 Digital Products

All digital products are considered accessed upon delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight hours of purchase and before download begins. Once download has been initiated, no refund will be issued. If you encounter technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us for a replacement link or access assistance.

4.3 Goods

Unused goods may be returned within thirty days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in its original condition, payment will be refunded to the original payment method within fourteen days.

4.4 No Refund Scenarios

Certain promotional service offerings, group passes, and limited-capacity events are not eligible for refunds due to the planning and resource allocation required. This includes custom or one-off training sessions scheduled at client request.

5. Transfer Policy

Requests to reschedule or transfer services must be made in writing at least three days before the originally scheduled date. Approval is subject to availability. Transfers for digital products and goods are not available once delivery has occurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

Valoraise provides services and products on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valoraise’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
